December 1st, 2009 - Our Chairman wrote an article for the Vietnam Property
outlook titled 'Million Dollar Question' which considers regional competition,
supply and demand, corruption, and a number of other important issues.

Millions of investment dollars rely on the answer to the following question: If
hotels are built, will there be enough guests to fill them?  Several readers
have commented that the articles looks objectively at investment in Vietnam,
in particular the development of tourism properties.

November 30th, 2009 - Our Chairman attended the Vietnam Finance and
Capital Markets Conference at Melia Hotel where a number of influential
speakers from the Government and private sector gathered to discuss             
' Rebound and Recovery '.

Among the topics covered were Vietnam's Economic Outlook, Debt Capital
Markets, Banking and Financial Sector Reform, Infrastructure Financing
Models, and Equity Capital Markets - Porfolio Investment.

October 9th, 2009 - Our Chairman returned from Cityscape Dubai 2009,
where the Keynote address was given by Donald Trump Jr.

Whilst in Dubai, our Chairman found a few moments to see some of the
landmark bulidings.






















October 8th, 2009 - Whilst at Cityscape Dubai, our Chairman met a number
of interesting people, in excess of 100 namecards were brought back to
Hanoi.  Being the first visit to Dubai for some time, our Chairman was
interested to speak with people who actually lived in the UAE, to find out how
the economic crisis was affecting business.

One person that our Chairman met was Mr Geoff Sanderson, Principal of
Green Concepts Landscaping Architects.  In his interview at Cityscape, Geoff
spoke of how it really is.

October 8th, 2009 - Our Chairman was asked to comment on the US$4.1
billion project near Hoi An that recently received its long-awaited licence. The

October 6th, 2009 - Our Chairman was interviewed during Cityscape Dubai
2009 about Vietnam.  The interview can be seen here.

September 30th, 2009 - Our Chairman will be in Dubai from the evening of
4th October until miday on the 8th October, as a speaker at Cityscape Dubai,

August 1st, 2009 - Our CEO has been invited to be a Judge at the
International Travel Expo in Ho Chi Minh City to be held between 1-3 October
2009.














July 1st, 2009 - Our CEO was recently quoted in the Vietnam Economic
Times on how hotels and resorts should react to the current economic crisis,

May 12th, 2009 - Our CEO is not the only person sharing their views about
Vietnam in the current economic crisis. Leaders from the International
Monetary Fund (IMF), Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam and the World Bank

May 11st, 2009 - Our CEO was recently interviewed by Vietnam Economic
Times about investment into Vietnam during the current economic crisis. The

May 1st, 2009 - Our Chairman has been invited to be a Speaker at
CITYSCAPE DUBAI during 5-8 October 2009.  He will participate in the
Roundtable discussion titled, " Vietnam, Indonesia & Cambodia: Too early or
too late? "





















April 1st, 2009 - Our Chairman was quoted  in two separate articles
published in the Vietnam Economic Times.








The first article looks at the reaction of foreign invested enterprises during
the current economic crisis.
The second article examines Vietnam's garment and textile industry, which
is continuing to attract some degree of interest from overseas enquiries.

March 24th, 2009 - Our Associate, CBEX-Global, for the "Winning Strategies
to Develop and Manage Sales in the USA" Workshop launched a new
version of their website to highlight the Workshop.

February 27th, 2009 - Our Chairman and Mr Peter Sidman, President of
CBEX-Global were interviewed about the potential for Vietnamese exports to
