Mui Ne Golden Sea Project
The 4.3 hectare site is located at the end of the Mui Ne coast, on Mui Ne
Cape. The site is divided into two lots by a road, with the smaller lot having a
beachfront, where it is proposed to provide the Mui Ne Health & Wellness
Resort.  This is an East meets West concept that combines alternative
medicine and orthodox Western Medicine to include clinics, gymnasium,
swimming pool, sauna, spa, massage, colonics, acupuncture, sports, tai
chi, yoga & meditation and a restaurant serving healthy food/drinks.  On the
larger lot, it is proposed to build 20 long-stay apartments with self-catering
facilities; a shopping mall (including supermarket) with Food Court and
retail; an entertainment centre with restaurants and bars; plus a sports
centre with swimming pool, spa & fitness centre and tennis courts.


Bac Binh Golden Sea Project
The 9.5 hectare site is on the other side of the Mui Ne Cape, close to the
Acuaba development which will consist of two 7-storey apartment blocks,
each containing 30 apartments and in addition, there will be 33 townhouses
and 6 villas.  The Bac Binh Golden Sea project  will consist of a family-style
golf resort with 50 villas and in order to involve the whole family, a cinema
complex with restaurants and bars, plus facilities for children (electronic
games hall and play room) will be included.


Thuan Quy Golden Sea Project
The 290 hectare site is located on the Tien Thanh strip, where a Timeshare
Resort with 300 villas  in a landscaped garden environment will be built.
Villas are available for individual, domestic and international buyers, either
owned as a vacation unit for a specific time every year.  When not used by
the owner, the unit is returned to the rental pool that is controlled by the
management company, providing a guaranteed return for owners  All
timeshare owners collectively own the resort.
