We are proud to have been appointed as the exclusive representative for the
5035 sqm project, that can be extended to 8035 sqm.  Construction due to
start beginning 2008.  The 37 storey, twin towers with 60,000 sqm built area
will have serviced apartments and apartments for sale.  Office and retail will
be located in the 10 storey podium.
