Ready to implement, seeking investment

We have been in discussion with Vietnamese colleges and foreign
education services providers for a year to establish basis for cooperation.  
Project has been discussed with the Vietnam National Administration of
Tourism, Provincial Peoples Committees and the industry, it has been
strongly encouraged and hotels in the various locations are ready to commit
their staff to attend.  Generous investment incentives will be offered.  There
is a requirement for such schools in:
•        Nha Trang
•        Phu Quoc
•        Hai Phong      
•        Hanoi
•        HCMC
•        Halong Bay
•        Danang
•        Phan Thiet
•        Can Tho
