Phu Quoc is an island off the southern coast of Vietnam, in the Gulf of
Thailand, less than one hour by plane from Ho Chi Minh City and 337 miles
from Bangkok.  Our Chairman and CEO have visited the island numerous
times, they don't need a guide to go around the island because they know it
like the back of their hand.

Our Chairman has written numerous articles about Phu Quoc and is in print
as having said, "Phu Quoc will be the next Bali or Phuket."  The articles can

The island has long been planned to be an international commercial and
service center and tourist destination.  It is one of the few locations in
Vietnam, where a casino will be licensed, see the attached article from
Vietnam News on 4th September 2009.  

One of the major drawbacks to development of this beautiful island, which
shares the same waters as Ko Samui (271 miles away), is the development
of a decent airport.  Since our Chairman's first visit, six years ago, the
domestic airport has been upgraded.  It is planned and work has finally
started, to build a new international airport and of course, now the real
development can start.

We have been involved with a number of projects in Phu Quoc, they are:

Vem Bay project
Master Plan approved, investors secured
176 hectares, 130 villas for sale, 115 villas/5-star Resort, Spa, 200-room/3-
star hotel, Entertainment Centre, Water Sports Centre, 18-hole executive golf
course.

The Roi Island Resort project
Agreement in principle, zoning plan completed
115 hectares, 60 standard villas, 40-villa Private Residence Club, 400-room,
5-star Hotel.

The Phu Quoc Beach & Convention Resort
Agreement in principle
30 hectares, 300-room/5-star Convention/Resort Hotel.

Phu Quoc Health Resort & Wellness Centre
Agreement in principle
East meets West – Wellness Center with combination of alternative
medicine/Orthodox Western Medicine - 3 hectares, gymnasium, swimming
pool, sauna, spa, massage, colonics, acupuncture, sports, tai chi, yoga &
meditation, restaurant serving healthy food/drinks.
