There are over 1,800 state-owned hotels throughout Vietnam.  This project
entails the renovation of hardware (property) and software (people and
systems) of a selected number of hotels and over time, to group the hotels
into a profitable chain (brand) (between 100/200 hotels) that would be
floated on the stock market.
