The partners have been involved with a number of projects in Vietnam, since
the CEO moved to reside in Hanoi, at the beginning of 2002.  His involvement
with Vietnam began with his first visit in 1994.  During the CEO's thirteen year
involvement with Vietnam, he's made far-reaching and valuable connections.

Through their association and involvement in various projects, the partners
found that they had a common work ethos and formed a close bond that
resulted in the formation of the TCK Group.

Karl Derek John – Chief Executive Officer, is a hotelier by training, he spent
over twenty years in the industry before starting his own Management
Consultancy firm, Contacts International Consultants Ltd (www.ciclhk.net).  
The firm assists clients to perform more effectively, through improved
processes and people management.  Karl has acted as a ‘change agent’ for
a number of clients.

Besides 20 years of hotel management experience, Karl has considerable
experience in Human Resources Management and Training.

His involvement with Vietnam began in 1994, acting as a business
consultant/facilitator, exclusively focused on tourism and hotels projects.  Karl
has contributed articles on Vietnam for Asia Times Online, the Asian Hotel &
Catering Times, Vietnam Investment Review and Vietnam Economic Times.  

Karl is recognised as a Vietnam expert and has been interviewed by
numerous publications in Vietnam, appeared on Vietnam television and
radio.  In addition, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) have
interviewed Karl about Vietnam, both on radio and television.

Karl was born in Hong Kong, where he lived for thirty-two years before moving
to Hanoi, Vietnam.  Since early 2002 and until formation of the TCK Group,
Karl was the Managing Director of Contacts International Consultants Ltd and
the Contacts International Hospitality Group.  He retains his position with the
former, but has relinquished his position with the latter.

Carl Stitt – Finance & Investment Director, is a Fellow of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants in the UK, he spent 13 years in the accounting
profession with 3 out of the then big 8 firms, before joining a multinational
group in the services industry as the deputy head of their tax and treasury
team.

He subsequently joined an investment bank in Hong Kong as Chief Financial
Officer and after two years joined the direct investment arm of one of Asia’s
major families.  Spending 5 years in this role and holding a variety of
executive posts, including the top financial positions in two companies, one
involved in Hotels in Myanmar, the other was a listed multinational, where he
was responsible for securing US SEC approval for the transfer of the listing
from the ASX to NASDAQ.

Carl has recently retired as the Chief Financial Officer of Hill & Associates
(www.hill-assoc.com), a risk management and security consultancy based in
Hong Kong that has over 365 staff operating in over 12 countries and
territories.

Nigel Sharman -  Director of TCK's Hotel Division, is an experienced hotelier
with over 16 years experience in Asia & Europe. He's managed international
branded hotels & private hotels, in both city centre & resort locations. His
hotel experience has given him skills in project management with over 10
hotel openings, asset management & property maintenance, and
implementation of revenue management systems.

Nigel has a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management & a Masters of
Business Administration. His broad area of expertise covers marketing,
finance, & operations.  Nigel is from the UK & now lives in HCMC with his
Vietnamese wife, where he plans to remain and bring up a family

Nguyen Tuan Dung – Project Manager, is an architect.  He worked for Descon
for 2 years as Site Supervisor in housing projects.  He travelled extensively
throughout Vietnam for 2 years, before going to Australia to further study
architecture.  Dung travelled in Europe and South East Asia, in order to
research on architecture, hotel and resort development.

Tran Thanh Thao  - a Master of Architecture, graduated from the School of
Architecture at the University of Nottingham (rated as the most prestigious
Architecture School in UK during 2003). Thao has been working for two years
in Ho Chi Minh City for a large architectural firm in Ho Chi Minh City and has
been involved in a variety of projects, which included resorts and hotels, plus
commercial buildings, residential buildings, healthcare buildings, schools
and research laboratory buildings in the United Kingdom, Australia and
Vietnam.

Tran Kim Thu - Accountant, graduated from the National University of
Economics in Hanoi with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and
has finished an accountant training course. Her previous assignment was
with a Vietnamese electricity corporation as a Research Coordinator. She
brings valuable accounting and finance skills to the TCK Group.

Nguyen Thi Phuong Thanh - Personal Secretary, graduated from the Hanoi
University of Technology with a Bachelor Degree in English and is currently
attending the Foreign Trade University to obtain a Bachelor degree in Foreign
Trade Economics, she also speaks Japanese.  Her previous assignments
were with a Korean company in the home accessory sector and also with a 4-
star hotel in Hanoi.  She brings valuable IT skills to the TCK Group.

Hoang Thi Hong Van - Personal Assistant graduated from the Hanoi
University of Culture with a Bachelor of Arts, major in Cultural Tourism and
from the University of Greenwich, London with a Master of Cultural Tourism
Management. Van's previous assignments were with a UK company
specialising in food import - export and restaurant management as
Customer Services staff, with a Vietnamese travel company as Tourist Guide
and Sales Assistants and also with Bourneville college as a part-time
interpreter and marketing assistant. She brings valuable tourism and
management skills to the TCK Group.

Bui Thi Doan Trang - Marketing Assistant, graduated from Cetana PSB
Intellis International College (Singapore) with Diploma in Business
Administration. She also has a Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting.
Her previous assignments were with service company and in event
management.

Trinh Thi Thanh Hoa - Translator & Interpreter, graduated from Hanoi
University with a Bachelor Degree in Arts with a major in English. Her
previous assignment was with a Vietnam Japan joint venture trading
company that was focused on cosmestic and beauty services, as Marketing
Executive/Translator. She also acted as an interpreter during the APEC
meetings that were held in Hanoi during December 2006.  She brings
valuable interpretation and translation skills to the TCK Group.
